There are a number of mobile home lots in the park for month to month lease, some on water and some off. The park is located a short way from Hwy 231, about 30 miles from Birmingham on the St. Clair County side of Logan Martin Lake.

Mobile Home lots are $225/month off water.

Mobile Home Waterfront lots are $240-$260/month.

Rent includes water and sewage.

Does not include electricity, cable TV or computer hookup.
